Wren is on a mission to find out who killed her father. This leads her to Glass who might be the one who did so, but she doesn't know that...yet. They are very attracted to each other and share some steamy moments together. Then she is taken from the beach by Moghul. This man wants to own her and hurt her. He keeps her for months training her to be his sex slave and then lets her go. Glass finds her and she admits that she is in love with him. Then she gets taken again by Moghul when he discovers something about her and decides that he wants to keep her forever.
I kept wondering throughout this story how she could've gotten taken with all the security that she had around her. The moment with Hugh was heart wrenching. I loved that the author gave two options for how Wren's story ends.
