Release Week Blitz - Sin & Suffer by Pepper Winters

My Thoughts

I couldn't wait to read this book especially after the cliffhanger at the end of Ruin & Rule. Kill and Cleo had been through so much being betrayed by those they trusted and now are separated when Cleo is taken. She remembers everything now. That Art is her first love. They are soulmates.

Pepper always writes these beautifully dark love stories and this one is no different. I fell head over heart for Art and Cleo and was enraptured by their story full of twists and turns that I couldn't put down and wanted more when I was at the end of it. I want her to write the stories of those that surrounded them now. I want more of this world she created.

I give Sin & Suffer 5 hearts!

About the Book

"Some say the past is in the past. That vengeance will hurt both innocent and guilty. I never believed those lies. Once my lust for revenge is sated, I'll say goodbye to hatred. I'll find a new beginning."

She came from a past Arthur "Kill" Killian never forgot. She made him sin and made him suffer. She tugged him from the shadows and showed him he wasn't as dead as he thought. And with her resurrection came betrayal, deceit, and war.

But then they took her. Stole her. Imprisoned her.

Now Kill's carefully laid plans for vengeance are complete. He craves action, retribution-the blood of his enemies. War has begun. War is all they'll know until they've paid their penance. He will get her back-and rewrite their destiny . . .
