The Empty Jar is one of the most beautiful love stories that I have ever read. I fell head over heart for brave Lena and her sweet man Nate. Theirs was a story filled with passion and heartache and so much love and hope. I laughed with them and I cried with them every moment. I adored her best friend and laughed when they danced and sang to the Friends theme song. My heart leapt with joy when Lena and Nate received the most unexpected news.
Michelle put her heart on the page when writing their story and captured mine with every word. I loved every bit of it and it's most definitely one of my favorite reads this year. Well done, Michelle. You honored your father so greatly by writing this. I am completely undone by your heart on the page. Thank you for sharing Lena and Nate. You made me love them.
