Caterina suffered the greatest loss as a child and grew up with one purpose in mind - revenge. She prepared and trained to kill the man responsible for murdering her family. She needed Rocco for the operation to pose as her husband. He is an agent for Titan, but he is having problems of his own. The chemistry between Cat and Rocco from the beginning is explosive and they totally fall for each other. Add a crazy terrorist and they are in for one hell of a ride. I love Cat. She sexy, smart, and totally kicks ass. Rocco is her perfect match. There is that one moment. When you read it, you will know what I am talking about. I was shocked, sickened, and my heart broke for them both and then I cried and even did a little clap or two as they loved their way through it. (That's damn good writing Cristin. You hit every emotion possible.)
This is the first book of Cristin's that I have read and I am totally hooked. Color me a Cristin fan from here on out. I'll be reading anything of hers that I can get my hands on.
