Book Review - Power Play by Mallery Malone

My Thoughts

Raphael attends the engagement party of friends and runs into his first love, Macy. He is so excited to see her, but unfortunately she doesn't return the sentiment. Not in words at least The kiss they share has his blood boiling and wants to go somewhere and catch up with her. She refuses as she is extremely hurt that he dropped out of her life so easily for the last eight years. Plus he has the reputation as a cassanova now and she can't get past the long stream of women he has gone through.

When he showers her with sweet gifts just for her, she agrees to talk to him at her restaurant. She finds out that each gift was something he picked up thinking of her over the past few years. That she had never really been out of his mind or heart.

I so loved Macy and Raffie's story. My favorite moment has to be when he brings her home the first time and she sees his heart in pictures.

I give Power Play 4 hearts!

About the Book

Seduction. Surrender. Satisfaction. When it comes to a woman he wants, these three words are his one and only mission.

MMA fighter, Raphael Jerroult has always had to fight for what he wants—both in and out of the ring.

Except when it comes to women. They fall at his feet, eager for the kind of pleasure only he can give…again and again.

Enter Macy Lovelace, a red-headed beauty with curves that go on for days. A woman who is different from any he has ever encountered.

She slipped through his fingers once. But now he’s going to take her, seduce her, and satisfy her until she gives him nothing less than her complete surrender…
