Caroline goes to Serve to get the dirt on the BDSM lifestyle for an article she wants to write to save her family's magazine. Her brother that runs the magazine with her is pushing to turn the focus of the magazine to this lifestyle. Caroline has a preconceived notion about the lifestyle, but she meets a man at the club that can definitely educate her. Jonah is the owner of Serve and is going through some challenges of his own. He spots Caroline at the bar and is drawn to her. After a bit of banter back and forth, he convinces her to join him in a more private area. This begins a scorching hot affair as they both struggle with issues in their relationship and out of it.
I don't want to give you too many details as this book is so worth the experience of letting it unfold on its own. Tessa rocked this one for sure. It reminded me why she is one of my favorite writers. Steamy moments wrapped up in a love story that has its ups and downs that you can't help but get drawn into as you read along. I am totally crushing on Jonah as he is truly the Master of the naughty talk and is just flat out delicious. There were a few times I wanted to give Caroline a push or two right off that high horse of hers, but Jonah definitely took that into his own hands. I can't wait to read the next one in the series.
