Bast is used to women wanting him for one thing after his ex writes all about his bedroom proclivities. If they aren't chasing him, then they're running in the opposite direction. Kyra's heard the rumors about him and wants to be his only. Instead she agrees to a no strings arrangement, but soon finds out that there are all kinds of strings where Bast is concerned. Bast thinks she will be a one nighter, but there is something about her that he can't resist. There is also a CIA story in the midst of all the Bast and Kyra steaminess. For me it was good, but I was definitely more into seeing what would happen between Bast and Kyra.

About the Author
By day I'm a divorce lawyer specializing in unhappy endings.
One day, during a particularly difficult string of cases, a former co-worker
handed me a romance novel with the promise of a much-needed escape and a happy
ending. I've been reading - and now writing - romance ever since.
