My Thoughts
Ginny has decided to swear off men as she is going to run for mayor and doesn't want any possible scandals to ruin her chances. Then she is saved during an attack by Shaun. She offers him a haircut as a thank you and they share a night of passion agreeing to one night with no strings or regrets. The thing is one night just wasn't enough for either of them and they continue to see each other. I can totally get her not being able to resist Shaun as he is over the top hot with a talent for naughty talking. Then she finds out that he is the son of the current mayor and she breaks it off with him. He has to prove to her that he can be trusted because his father definitely has it out for her.
I loved Ginny and Shaun together. She brings him into the light and he gets her out of that box she thinks she should be in. Some serious sexy moments are shared between them. I so enjoyed their love story.
I give Falling for the Enemy 4 hearts!
About the Book
Caught between a rock and a rock-hard body…
Salon owner Virginia Boca has declared herself celibate...at
least until she wins the election for mayor of Bluelick, Kentucky. No hot men.
No sex. And her plan to play the good girl might have worked—if the mysterious,
hard-bodied stranger she’s seen around town hadn't pulled her from the street
and saved her life. The least Ginny can do is offer her savior a free haircut.
But when an innocent haircut turns into hours of wickedly
hot sex, former Navy SEAL Shaun Buchanan knows his plan to keep a low profile
is shot. Especially once Ginny finds out he’s the current mayor's son. With her
reputation and the election on the line, Ginny seems determined to keep their
nightly sexcapades a secret, but Shaun’s not willing to stay in the shadows
forever…
