Book Review - Claiming Hope by Suzette Rose Cauler

My Thoughts

Hope has closed herself and her heart up tight because of what she went through with her ex. she is nagged out of her seclusion by her mom and sister Sarah and takes a trip to visit Sarah. She is in for some serious surprises when she arrives. Her sister is not only living her life with two men, but she is also a wolf. As if that wasn't enough she finds out that not only are Adam and Levi attracted to her, but she is the Black brothers' mate. That is a whole lot of revelation and Holly's head is spinning. She is definitely attracted to Adam and Levi, but her issues with trust and self esteem due to her past is holding her back. She does give in to one night of passion with these hot men, but then goes back to resisting with the whole we can't do that again thing. I wanted to give the girl a good shake and tell her to please give in again. Things change when Hope is hurt and in danger from rogue wolves. Her men take care of her and build trust. You can't help but want them to find their happily ever after together. I love that Suzette writes these steamy romances that also have a bit of edge of your seat action to frame the love story. I loved Hope's story and can't wait to read the next one in the series.

I give Claiming Hope 5 hearts!

About the Author

Suzette Rose Cauler has loved books (all types really) for as long as she can remember. As a child, she'd get lost in books for hours, using a flashlight to read under the covers long past bedtime. She read her first romance novel as a preteen and was immediately hooked by the swoon-worthy heroes and daring, spunky damsels. Though her reading tastes have definitely matured, Suzette continues to enjoy romance novels, especially those of the erotic, paranormal, fantasy, or historical variety. She writes almost as voraciously as she reads and typically falls head over heels in love with her heroes.

Though everyday types of romantic situations do appeal to her, stories that include adventure, intrigue, or danger have always made Suzette's heart go pitter patter. If they incorporate some science fiction too, she is even happier. You'll find elements like these in most of her stories as well as strong heroines who can fight their own battles but sometimes enjoy letting someone else take the lead.

Suzette lives on the East Coast with five special people who help keep her spirit young and her imagination fresh.
