Aiden and several from his pack are on a mission to investigate a bar that might be moving vampire blood. Several things go wrong including an important vampire being killed, but one thing goes very right. Aiden finds his bondmate who he thought was dead, but she doesn't remember him or anything else before the moment she was freed. A witch found her and let her go, but there is more to that than it known just yet. Aiden and Larissa have to go on the run to avoid attacks and they have to find out what happened to her and why someone wants to take her again. A side story about Ryan and Teresa had my inner fangirl jumping for joy. The moment he claims her in the club...hot hot hot.
What I love about this story and the ones before it is that Katie writes about the pack as a whole with the focus on one but still including those side stories we all want to read about in each book. She also spins some pretty scorching hot alpha shifters and those steamy moments shared. Katie is definitely one of my favorite authors. May I just say that I would like a little more Niko. Pretty please, Katie. I absolutely loved Aiden and Larissa's story and I can't wait to see what happens next.
