My Thoughts
Zara has been living a nightmare with her father using her for her powers. She is forced to pretend to be mated to someone that is just looking to step up in position. She doesn't see any way out after her father has tortured her to show his power over her. When he takes her to a meeting with another pack, she wasn't expecting to meet the mate she had dreamed of previously. Xavier is everything she could want and they feel that instant attraction. I absolutely loved X. He is all alpha and gives good growl for damn sure. Zara's father isn't going to let her go so easily, but they will receive help from an unexpected source.
This was a fantastic beginning to the series. X and Zara are scorching hot together and they are surrounded by people I am so looking forward to getting to know more. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
I give Raber Wolf Pack Book One 5 hearts!
"There will come a time in our world when greed, power and wealth will overrule good judgement, and packs will be destroyed."
In the blink of an eye, everything can change, altering life as we know it forever.
Zara was happy and carefree, until receiving her gift from the heavens. Her world tilts completely on its axis when she faces torture at the hands of a person meant to love her. Forced into a life of servitude, she's left only a shell of her former self.
Lifemates are a gift all their own. A powerful link that can’t be broken.
Zara crosses paths with Xavier, Alpha of the Raber Pack, and the one time playboy finds himself drawn to the broken woman. As their connection flares to life, he grows determined to unleash the spitfire she hides within.
Little does Xavier know that in finding Zara, he's ignited a flame that could destroy everyone’s lives…
Ryan Michele has a huge obsession with reading, which only came to life after her best friend said she had to read Twilight. After reading that series, her entire world changed in the blink of an eye. Not only was she sucked into new worlds and all of the wonderful words authors put down on paper, she felt the urge to begin to write down the characters that played inside of her head. In doing so, Safe was born. When she’s not reading or writing, she spends time taking care of her two children and her husband, enjoying the outdoors and laying in the sun.
Thank you so much!!!
