What I loved about Jacob and Vivie's story is that is a seduction of the senses. It isn't just about the sexual seduction although that is super steamy. The sensual play between them involves scent and taste with the use of perfume and meals as part of their romance. It was a whirlwind for Vivie who has never met anyone like Jacob and a challenge for him as he hasn't met anyone like her either. I really liked that Vivie wasn't a pushover when it came to a relationship with him. She wanted him definitely, but wasn't willing to compromise her wants and needs in the process. I also loved that Jacob was willing to do the hearts and flowers of romance that she craved in order to win her heart. I really want to know more about him. He is shrouded in the air of mystery and I want him to want the happily ever after that Vivie so wants. I can't wait to read more of their story.
