My Thoughts
After reading Bethany's Chicago War Series and one of my favorites, the Filthy Marcellos, I couldn't wait to read her new series. She writes these men who are violent and strong, yet have these hearts that are so big. They give good naughty talk and manage to give the swoon worthy sweet too. Then she writes these women who are just as strong as their men and sometimes more so. Damn Bethany can write the hell out of mobster stories and Thin Lies is just that - kick ass writing. I am once again hooked and can't wait to read the next in the series.
