I have to be honest and tell you that I don't remember much about Lucas from Kaden and Lexi's story. But holy hotness I fell head over heart for him in this book. He is just delish. I loved that he and Maxie have a second chance at a love that his brother stole from them. And I mean stole. He lied and manipulated and put Maxie through hell. Unfortunately it didn't stop when he died either. There was just one thing after another that came to light with his death and Maxie was reeling from it all. She knew that she could count on Lucas for help, but they became so much more than roommates. I loved these two together. They are scorching hot with some serious swoon mixed in. I can't wait to read Derek's story next.
