Celia finds out she's pregnant, gets attacked by a crazy Elder, breaks the bond with her mate, gets proposed to by a vampire that won't take no for an answer, and had to fight off those who once protected her all in the matter of a few days. Talk about a dangerous life. 

Anara comes to Celia and tells her to break it off with Aric or he will kill him and everyone she loves. After an attack that leaves one of her close friends in a coma, she knows just how serious he is about this threat. She then alienates all those she loves and cares for trying to find a way to save everyone.

I absolutely LOVED Celia. She is brave and strong and loves those in her life so big. I so hated that not even her sisters could be with her to fight this battle. And an epic battle it turns out to be once a witch gets involved as well. I couldn't put it down until the very last page and I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series.
