My Thoughts
I have been waiting and wanting so much to read Mary's story. Knowing her loss plus her relationship with Dimitri made me wish that she could find love again. I can't tell you how often I cried reading as she worked through her grief to let go of her pain and move forward to love again. I did love the flashbacks to her time with Charles as it so beautifully showed their life together. I also loved her actress daughter who reminded her that Charles would want her to live a happy life and not a sad one.
Elliott is just so perfect for Mary. Their moments in scene together are beyond hot. Mary has missed this part of her life...submission. When Elliott insists that she remember that he isn't a substitute but someone who wants her in his life now, it begins the process of letting go for Mary as she has fallen for him as well.
I absolutely LOVE the Club Sin series and Mary and Elliott's story is a fantastic addition. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
