It's time for Gabby to pay her debt to Pax. 30 days. That's what he wants from her. 30 days with him. She fights her attraction to him for so long after sharing a sizzling kiss in their past. Pax is pretty irresistible though and he is avoiding his feelings for her anymore. She has had the wrong idea about him for too long. Now she has a stalker to boot, so besides wanting to seduce her Pax will also protect her. Then there's that whole fight so Pax doesn't get killed and she can't tell him thing. I was trying to figure out how she was going to explain any injuries she suffered. Then Camden popped back up. I just can't wait for his story. This man is just plain lost and needs to fall in love hard.

I so adore Gabby. She is present in the previous books and I couldn't wait to hear her story. And Pax...he is just delicious. I so loved their story.

“No regrets?” he asked.

I shook my head and nuzzled closer to him. “None,” I answered softly.

“So tomorrow morning, you’re not going to sneak away?”

Laughing, I turned my face to the side so I could see him. “I’m not going anywhere. I promise.”

Taking my chin, he held me firm and kissed me. “Good, because I’m not letting you go. That’s a promise.”

Hopefully, it was a promise he could keep.
