Something happened to Georgie when she was 16 and everyone in her life that could've protected her was absent. She has never been the same. Especially when he goes into protective alpha mode. For too long he has hidden and struggled with his feelings for her. It was time for his to put all that aside and claim the woman he loved. Nashoda tears this one up grabbing hold of you with her words on a page and won't let go until the very end. Even then you'll beg for a little more. I loved Georgie and Deck's story and can't wait for the next book in the series.
