Darius has been waiting on Mei for six years now. She is his mate and the longer she waits to acknowledge him the more his dragon fades. He doesn't know what else to do as he has exhausted every avenue. When her past invades her present, Mei will have no choice but to stand for her mate. 

I loved that the author went deeper into the dragons in their shifter forms as I haven't read many books that have done that. I have to admit that I wasn't a big fan of Darius. Ummm...another woman smelling of him. Was waiting for the explanation. Loved that when they finally did get together, Darius and Mei were ready to fight to protect each other.

I give Dragon Her Back 3 hearts!
