My Thoughts

Cameron is a wealthy man who runs his own business rather than alpha a pack. He left behind his pack not wanting to be alpha and not able to convince his father of this. This definitely caused problems between them among other things they didn't agree on. His father orders him to come home as he has been weakened and the pack has requested that he step down as alpha. Managing to have his brother take that role Cameron ends up answering a request from his uncle with a problem they are having. He brings along his crew of friends to help. Which I can't wait to learn more about in future books in the series. He wants to get things situated so he can return to his life. When he rescues Chastity in the woods everything changes for him.

I so loved Cameron. He is strong and sexy. The rescue of Chastity and what happens afterwards shows a different side to him and really brings out the alpha in him. I loved it. He's just delicious. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

About the Author

A K Michaels, Ava, was born in Scotland quite a number of years ago! She was married at a young age and is mother to three much loved children. After the birth of her last child she went back to higher education and studied for a year before gaining employment in the banking industry. She worked in that role for a number of years before leaving, both the job and the country.

She lived abroad for a few years before returning to Scotland and finally taking up her dream - writing.

She is the author of the Defender's Blood series of books and other series’ including The Witch, The Wolf and the Vampire, Supernatural Enforcement Bureau and also Sabrina's Vampire, together with a Wolf Erotica Novella, Lori's Wolf.
