Holy hell. This is one of the most intense books that I have ever read.
We know Ashley as the best friend of Lillith who is also being help captive. Up until now all we knew was that she was there and screamed often for Lillith to remember. That is Ashley's curse...she remembers everything and they really want her to forget. In order to do that they have sent Sam to break her. This is where it gets even darker because you watch as he takes control of her body and mind and you aren't sure if you should want them to get together. More than anything you can't stop wanting her to gain her freedom, but then you have to wonder at what cost to Ashley will that come. She has set her mind on doing all that it takes to escape so that she can exact revenge on all those who have hurt her including Sam.
But there is a twist. Huge freakin' twist. It is Ace that escapes. Ace is the girl in the cell next to hers that she confides everything to about all that has happened to her. Ace is the one who manages to leave the hospital behind and go after the men who ruined Ashley.
This is one of those books that you will pull an all-nighter to read because you can't possibly put it down until you know what happens. I loved it.

“Pout those pretty lips. Show me how much you want it,” he
says.
I do what he wants, pursing my lips close together.
“Fuck, you’re so pretty,” he murmurs. “Let me taste that ice
cream, too.”
Suddenly he leans in and smashes his lips on mine. I’m
caught by surprise as he kisses my lips like he wants to eat me. His mouth is
voracious, sucking at my lips, licking the rim. Without thinking about it, my
lips part, as he pushes his tongue inside. He’s so forceful, I can’t resist,

I could remotely enjoy this. Because if I do … I’m a lost cause. The problem
is, I already know I am. I’m insane … but this kiss simply consumes me.
When his lips leave mine, I’m left with a wantonness I’ve
never felt before. This kiss turned me upside down, made my lips numb, my brain
senseless.
“Fuck me …” he says. “You really are good at seducing me.”
“I didn’t do anything,” I mutter.
“Exactly.” He grabs my chin and then places another peck
next to my ear. “You taste so fucking good, Ashley. I wonder what your pussy

My breathing falters as I attempt to temper my lust, but a
flush still appears on my face. I can feel him grin against my skin as he

“I can hear you breathe, Ashley. Irregular. Your heartbeat
