Brielle needs help getting out of the friend zone and finds Hale's ad as the gentleman mentor which is exactly what she needs. Holy Hale! He is one hot naughty talking bossy man. From the minute they meet at the jazz club their chemistry is off the charts. I loved that Hale felt more for her from the very beginning. Their arrangement was to last only six weeks and they were some sizzling six for sure. Brie begins to feel more for him and Hale feels the same, but he won't let anyone past the walls he's put up around his heart. He even goes as far as saying that Brie is just in love with the fantasy of him. Little does he know that Brie is about to use all he has taught her most importantly the confidence he has given her to convince him that she sees him past the fantasy.
Kendall is definitely one of my favorite authors. She writes really fantastic love stories with some serious scorch. I really loved Brie and Hale's story. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
