My Thoughts
There is something so very different and refreshing about this story that Lauren has written. It has the essence of a forbidden love, but outside of their age difference and the complications of that surround the main characters, it really is just a sweet love story.
Kennedy's troubles begin and end with a love letter.
Kennedy is feeling devastated by her parents' divorce and her mother's affairs and feels guilty for telling her father about them. I wanted to give her mother a good shake. Especially at her response when Kennedy begs her to stop. That isn't what brings her to therapy. It's all about a letter she wrote to an older man she loves. Noah is her mother's friend and agent. He has fallen for her as well, but their age difference keeps them separated for years. They have brief moments together over those years. I so enjoyed their story.
I give 21 Stolen Kisses 4 hearts!

About the Book
When I first met him I resisted.
Like any forbidden love, I told myself he was a crush, and it would pass.
That was a lie. It never faded.
And I never expected he would fall for me just as hard.
There were so many reasons that should have kept us apart, least of all, the decade that separated us.
Growing up in New York City, I learned early on that love is a double-edged sword.
Love broke up my parents, love took away my friends, and love -- the big, intense, never-been-like-this-beforelove -- landed me in therapy.
Now I'm heading to college, and it's time to give love a clean slate again. But, can I really start over when he's still in my life?
Because the one man I've always wanted, is also the only guy I absolutely can't have…
And he wants me just as fiercely.
Can I settle for anything less than the love of my life?
