My Thoughts
If you haven't read any of the Darkness series, let me begin by saying you most definitely should do that. You will be hooked from the start with Finn and Lyra's story in Darkness Awakened. Just don't stop there. You will want to move on to the rest of the series soon after you finish the first. This world that Katie has created will pull you in and not let go from the first page to the last of each book. I couldn't wait to read Ian and Fiona's story. I knew it would be a doozy and so wasn't disappointed. Separated by circumstances that were just heartbreaking and reunited when they least expected it. I loved every bit of it and I so highly recommend that you dive into every bit of their story and the rest in the series. You'll love it. I sure did and can't wait to read more.
