Raine stole my heart from the very beginning of her story. She has been through so much. She hasn't given up and moves forward with such strength and resilience. She is living hard, but working harder to most importantly make her brother's life better. Her brother is living in a group home, so she is under a deadline since he could be freed up to be adopted soon. She is strong almost to a fault as she ha a hard time accepting help or asking for it. This is when Holden comes into her life. She meets him at the coffee shop and I can't even tell you how much I loved him for her. Their banter is delightful and there is some sizzling chemistry between them. Their story made me laugh and made me cry, but most of all made me swoon.
