Julian is there when the secret is revealed and they become friends spending time together. Piper isn't quite sure what to think of him, but then they admit their growing feelings for each other which brings about the really right kind of changes.
I loved Julian. He was sweet and sexy. There were a few times I wanted to shake Piper. I enjoyed their story.
